All athletes must have a current physical and a parental consent form (on file) with their coaches before the first practice.  Please contact your coaches for any information concerning your first practice.

If you are in need of a physical, please contact UAMS at 686-6560 to schedule an appointment.  The cost will be $20 for the physical.

If you need an athletic pass, please contact the Business Office at 447-1000 for information concerning the cost and the purchase of passes.
